They also offer a range of punches and hammers for specific gasket preparation tasks.

I. Extension-Style Gasket Cutter Kits

These kits are known for their portability and are ideal for fabricating gaskets on-site. They typically include a cutter block, extension bars, various blades, and a cutting board, all organized in a durable carrying case.

• Compact Gasket Cutter Kits (2000 Series):

  • AX2000: Designed for smaller gaskets, cutting from 1/4'' ID to 6'' OD. Features a phenolic cutter block and comes in a metal storage case.

  • AX2010: Similar to the AX2000, often including a cutting board.

• Light-Duty Gasket Cutter Kits (AX3000 Series):

  • AX3000: Capable of cutting gaskets from 0 to 13'' OD. These kits typically feature a plastic cutter block.

  • Other models in this series, such as AX3010, AX3020, and AX3030, offer varying outer diameter (OD) cutting ranges.

• Heavy-Duty Standard Gasket Cutter Kits (AX6000 Series): These robust kits feature premium brass cutter blocks and chrome-plated steel extension bars, built for demanding industrial applications.

  • AX6000: Cuts 0 to 13'' OD gaskets (cutter and accessories only, without a cutting board).

  • AX6010: Cuts 0 to 13'' OD gaskets (includes a cutting board).

  • AX6020: Cuts 0 to 25'' OD gaskets (includes a cutting board).

  • AX6030: Cuts 0 to 37'' OD gaskets (includes a cutting board).

• Dead Blow Hammers: Ideal for use with hole punches, these hammers reduce rebound and absorb impact for more effective striking.
